Did however recieve new Rogue squat stand, Rogue Beater Bar, 70kg Worth of Rogue bumpers :))

Muscle ups were pretty ordinary.

30 -40 -50-60 (sets of 3) 60 was comfortable challenge
cleans
30kg need to work on these

mucked around, was using two kettlebells between legs for weight. R took some photos. FUN!
