Samson Stretch 20-30 sec per side
Air Squat x15
Dips x15
Strict pullup x10
Sit up x15
Superhero x15
3 Rounds

NATE
As many rounds as possible in 12 mins
2 squat muscle ups
4 Handstand Push Ups (with feet bridged)
8 Kettlebell Swings - 1 pood (16kg)

9 rounds
I was aiming for 15 Min's workout time but had to stop and deal with visitors
I kept getting carried away with HSPUs and did more than 4 each round.
KB swings were killer smile
