15kg Push press, 12 reps
40 meter Shuttle sprint (4 x 10 meters)
10kg Squat snatch, 8 reps
40 meter Shuttle sprint (4 x 10 meters)
Time 6:02
Sprints were up inncline and then down
Had my first go at a muscle up did 3 :)) 1 every 3 mins stoked
